In da name of Allah..
yesterday.. I went to London, for the interview...cutting it out the whole event, i'm so not gonna talk about the interview. One remark I'll make is, the reason one person applying for university is because they wanna gain more knowledge. therefore testing them with the knowledge that they're supposed to gain from the university beforehand make the whole idea of entering a university is pointless. becoz if one is knowledgable enough about whatsoever they're gonna learn from the univ, why would one enter the university..? fullstop. As agreed by Kak Zatiil.. (huhhuhu..)
Anyway, after the interview..i was rushing back to Victoria... rushing and rushing..feeling a bit worried about how crowded the tube might be..becoz it's nearly the end of office hours. So I was practically jogging all the way from the main campus to South Kensington tube station. when finally I arrived at the tube station, I was already exhausted (haha... a good proof of how lack of stamina I am). Then.. as I sat there waiting for the next tube, there was a group of children with (presumably) their teacher were waiting as well. And so I sat there, watching them. One of the boyz at first decided to sit in front of the teacher but then changed his mind and sat near his friends. While the only girl in the group remained with the teacher. She was playing with a toy...somthing like a small tiny toy. Her attention was focused on the toy. And she was soo happy.
I thought... after all, one can be so happy with little things. A person is like a whole galaxies, the center of it (or the nuclues of it) could be as big as the size of the galaxy of could be as tiny and compact. A children is like a much smaller galaxy, but the nuclues is much bigger, that it might be almost the same size of the galaxy itself.. therefore whatever that encounter it's region could always effect them.. for the nuclues, the core is big enough to appreciate what come into their region.
But for a much grown-up individual... some of the nuclues might be so tiny..or the region of the galaxy is much bigger, that they missed out a LOT of things... we missed out so many things that we start to apprieciate less things, despite the fact that our horizon is a much bigger one.
Everyone, has their own galaxy, that sometimes we forgot that others also have their own galaxy. Some people become an isolated galaxy... hardly encounter or merge with other's galaxy..that it's become harder for them to realize what it's look like for the other galaxy... the beauty of the galaxy, that's what I mean.
Often we realized ourselves as individual, but we sometimes forget that others exist as individual, with their own values, and reasons.
We thought that we can comprehend other people using our own values... that's why we often say "I dont understand why the heck s/he did this and that". Well, that's true, we DO NOT UNDERSTAND becuase we're using our values to judge them.. we hardly try to explore their galaxy..as well as they hardly allow us to explore their galaxy..
it takes one person who is willing to open up before it takes the other person who is willing to explore. But it also hurt a lot when you open up, yet not once one try to explore your galaxy... at the end, you decide to stop trying. If your star, the center of galaxy is big enough, the moment you stop trying it'll hurt more. You might become the white dwarf... or maybe you'll be a black hole. The more effort you put in into letting people to understand you, the harder it become when you decide to stop... that's the black hole. the bigger the star... when it loses all its energy..it might be a black hole.
what a sad existance.
It's nice to be children..when the nuclues are as big as the galaxies...for they apprieciate more..they wont miss even a tiny particles in the galaxy...like the tiny toy. *wink*
Nice indeed..yet I apprieciate being a growns-up.. at least... I learn how does it feel like having a much bigger horizon to look into.
hurm...
one could never have everything in life isnt it? :)
Well, mata... ja ne!
